Maximum number of contracts you can hold at one time:
$25K: 1 contract
$50K: 3 contracts
$100K: 6 contracts
$150K: 9 contracts
These limits apply to all plan types (Instant, Premiere, One Hit Wonder).
Inactivity and time limits
Maximum account lifetime: 60 days
Inactivity limit: 30 days — if no trades are placed within 30 days, the account may be closed.
These apply equally across all plans and account sizes.
